Spam mail

I think i remember a few people here saying they were getting the same spam mail, and these were email accounts of every type. My question is this, how many people are getting e-mails like this:

They come from random addresses (a few have been ***.com.tw) but are all the same message. So how many people have been getting this spam.

I have a hotmail account and I don't go round spamming the addy everywere though.
