Thats kinda old news. I heard their new album a month or two ago and commented on it here. Its pretty lame. They've been going downhill since their debut release.

According to these links and other stories, charges are being brought against him and his bail was set at $1 million

I'd wish people would try an understand the full story. Tripp Eison (not sure of the spelling) was kicked out of the band for kidknapping and raping a minor. As soon as the allegations began he ws thrown out of the band. This does not reflect the other members of the band.

Irrespective of what Tripp did or did not do - I for one have never liked Static-X as a band. Dont know, just musically and lyrically they never moved me in any particular way
