    Does anyone know how to iumplement the nearest neighbour algorithm in Java so that I can manage to smooth out an image?

    Use a breath search. Look up graphs as well. Not sure if that will work for the image but works for other objects / text.

    It's been over a year since I did it... can't remember the exact implementation will take a look tomorrow. Have you any literature on data structures ?
