02 3g sim text

i got this text on friday from o2 saying "Sorry, your SIM card does not support 3G. Get your new 3G SIM from any O2 retail outlet & experience O2 services in sound, Colour & animation" anyway went to an o2 shop showed them the txt and asked for a 3g sim but as expected they heard nothing of this has anybody else got this…

Yes I've heard of this before alright. I'd assume you're using a 3G phone?

There is a thread about this somewhere but its an old one. I'd say you can only ignore the text for the moment - O2 won't tell you anything.
