Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    does anyone know where i can buy Digital 8 tapes singley??
    in waterford?

    just want the one and all i can find is packs of 3 and that

    See if youy can get an 8mm or a Hi8 tape singley, despite what shops will tell you they are all the same in different packaging.

    is the quality as good tho really?

    and i think i heard that u only get somethin like 2/3 of the minutes with them r something like that??

    According to a reasonably high up source of mine in Sony UK, the tapes are the very same, just put in different packageing. It's pretty much a placebo effect for customers, makes them feel better. Its similar to the massive digital zoom numbers on camcorders. Some of the recent models have 990x digital zoom. Anything over 100x or so is pretty much useless as quality is crap and impossible to prevent shaking, but then again, big numbers sell.

    but can they legally do that?

    so ur sayin 8mm hi-8 mm and digital 8 tapes r all exactly the same tape
