VPN router that works with Windows VPN

I will be connecting various remote locations with similar VPN routers but I want to be able to support travelling folks with laptops as well who will connect in through hotspots. I'm sure it's all IPsec supposedly, but has anyone actually used this setup and can confirm that whatever router you used is Windows VPN compatible?
