Reconfiguring wireless DSL router

Afternoon lads and ladies, I've just come out of a 12 month contract with Eircon for DSL and had their Netopia 3341W wireless router. I'm signing up to IBB pretty soon and I need to know does anyone if the wireless router I have can be reconfigured to use the wireless input from the IBB antenna instead of the Eircon DSL…

Depends if it's a DSL or a generic Ethernet router.
