    Ok, I figured out how to set an mp4 tune from my memory card as the ringing tone (play it then select "set as ring tone" - what I want to do now is set my own message alert tones, There's no option to browse gallery when customising the profile. Any way around this??

    Go to profiles, select messgae tone and it should be there in the list.

    No, it's not - there's only the standardd pre-loaded tones there and an option to connect for "tone downloads". No option to browse gallery :confused:

    go
    tools=>
    Profiles=>
    sleect a profile and options=>
    personalise=>
    Message alert tone=>

    you should be able to choose from there

    just make sure the tone ya want is in
    sound clips, digital sounds folder on fone or mem card

    Ta Mik - that's what was wrong. I just had all my media files lumped onto the memory card in the top level folder. Guess I'll have to create the folders for this to work ok...
