Working in a kitchen - Effects on skin??

    My sister recently got a job in a kitchen and was wondering what kind of effects working a grill and over dishes of hot food where steam is surounding you constantly,can have on your face/skin.

    tell her to invest in a REALLY good cleanser and toner as the steam etc (depending on what she's cooking) could cause spots. Get a good moisturiser too to protect the skin.

    I started working in a kitchen recently and have noticed that my skin needs exfoliating a lot more. Must be the steam. Also my skin isn't in sucj good condition, I'm a tiny bit spotty.

    Ah well!
