anyone work for NTL sales team - NTL broadband

Hi, As above, just wondering as got a leaflet in the post saying that Broadband is now available here in patricks street, dublin 8. When i rang the ntl helpdesk they said it wasnt. Whom is right and if its not available why send out advertisments saying it is posted too my apartment.

just rang the helpdesk again and got a decent chappy on the phone.He said BB is available and im booked in for saturday 9th, happy customer but it took 3 goes before someone told me that BB was available.Can close this thread now
