Eircom Hotspot problem

Got a call from my brother who was trying to use a Eircom Hotspot and the login page just says go to reception for a username and password. There isn't an obvious reception where he is. TGhere is a hotspot near me so I used an external antenna to pick it up. Last time I logged in to it it offered me the chance to buy credit but im getting the same message when I log in here.

Anyone know if you can buy a time/username/password online somewhere?
