gce7205usb and a H320

I cant get any music!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an iRiver H320 and a Goodmans gce7205usb player in my car. when I plug the H320 into the player its says its connected and usb play comes up on the car display, but I cant hear anything or seem to get anything playing. Any ideas on how to solve this? Geth

If you've any luck let me know. Im trying to get it working with an iRiver H10.

But Goodmans support emailed me saying that it'll only work with the usb menory stick that came with it, but i dont see the sense in that at all.
