Idea - List of games servers webpage

My idea...

How about setting up a webpage hosted on the boards that lists all the IGN, IOL and netshop(?) servers, the games they play, player limits, IP's and perhaps a map rotation on some for them?

I could help maintain it with my l33t frontpage sk1llz

And perhaps the very intelligent people on the programming board could write a proggie that could update the servers every now and then or whatever?

Like i said, just an idea...

It would be a good idea if the various Game Board Moderators would maintain an "announcement" on their various boards which listed the servers for their board game-type.

(Ie shinji/mills/meglome keep an up to date accouncement of the servers available for CS)

On the main CS page on the top left hand side. It is called "Up to date list of Irish CS servers."

Why not have it so you can also see the players in the server,im sure someone from boards could make a cgi for it

Yeah I put up that announcement thing on the CS board ages ago, but I didn't realise anyone actually used it until recently I've tried to keep it as up to date as I can since that.
