btireleand chnaging BB speeds?

i noticed yesterday and today that my dial up icon showed 1.9mbs yesterday and today its showing 1.8mbs, is this the long and slippery slope to slower speeds again? or is my icon telling fibs?? gbcullen

Its showing your "actual speed".
I wouldnt worry about it.
Its more than likely usage in ur area.
