Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    You have to have a site hosted by boards(?) afaik, or something similar...

    The link to the site (Or your HOSTED link, as you call it) is then placed under your name to be accessed by boards members...

    If this is not the case, is it possible to get a link under my details to my clan home page?

    You need to sign up on http://www.boards.ie/members/ and then insert the link to your boards page as your link in your personal profile.
    It's just a tail, but I'm sort of attached to it.

    Is it possible for me to get the link to direct to a different site? One that's not hosted by boards? (No offence, of course)

    And before anyone goes Homestead bashing, I actualy like it... It's an utter spanner when it comes to uploading, but I think I've mustered up a half decent site out of it biggrin.gif

    After signing up and quitting the file manager, I attempt to log in once more, only to recieve a "Your User Name Is No Listed In Our DataBase..."

    Actually, you can sign up on your boards space with whatever name you want and can still link to it. (ie. if you signed up with the name knirdepor - you could still link to it using your boards account of RopeDrink, it would just says 'hosted by knirdepor' underneath your name - Notice how smoke-me-a-kipper has the webspace account of smak.)

    Although, I think what has happened here is that the logins are case sensitive, (eg. my webspace is lucy_la_morte and my login is Lucy_la_morte, so when I used my webspace I have to not let it auto-finish with Lucy_la_morte - Most annoying!).

    As for getting it to direct to clanvar.homestead.com - Well just use an auto-forwarding page as your index.
