Actually I've never seen public access in USA, I'm curious how it would turn out here, there are a lot of aspiring filmakers that want to put films out on your "tamer C4 / Sky1 or a 'really good' movie channel." channels. Everyone has something good to give. Hey what am I doing in here talking about films etc.
