Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

play.com mess up my order

    Play.com sent me the wrong dvd's but the packing note says the correct dvd's. Anyone know what plays policy on this is?

    I had the same problem once. You'll probably have to ring them up, their customer support doesn't like working through emails for some reason.

    They'll send you out the correct dvds straight away and ask you to return the ones you were sent by error, when they recieve them they will credit you with the cost of postage.

    Eeep... So you got Batman and Robin sent to you in error? That should count as cruel and unusual punishment.

    I'd say they are super-busy with the sale on at the moment, mistakes will happen. But they are very easy to deal with and although it is annoying that you have to call them up, the phone call shouldn't take too long at all.
