XBOX wireless adaptor

Hi,
i tried in vain yesterday to get an XBOX wireless adaptor from a high street store.
Is there any other option than the official adaptor.

Is this for connecting it to broadband wirelessly?

If so most wireless bridges will work. This comes up every so often, if you do a search you should find a few reccomended ones.

without any problems. Might cause difficulity if your wireless router isnt a linksys though

with the netopia 'cayman' wireless router Eircom supplied me with. Got it in Maplins at the end of Capel St. They'd to order the adapter in so took a couple of days. Cost around €80. A guy named colm who works there was very helpful.

Pretty straight forward to set up.
