i dunno but when the annual registration round begins, just don't fill in the form thats sent out and you will no longer be on the register.
Thats what quite a few people have done.

I heard a piece on the radio today that the electoral register is messed up with people who have emigrated since still on it, people who have died still on it, some people have been registered up to 3 times, hardly reliable register!!
