    Hmm, and .NET is good for RAD of web pages. Pity about the awful, javascript laden HTML it produces...

    Hehe I just posted it. Knew I could rely on the anti-microsoft brigade to pipe up. It's very easy to remove unwanted javascript in asp.net. I've done it many times but then omission is what it's all about eh. I'm no expert on J2EE but I'll try a novel approach if I ever want to investigate it. I'll approach it with an open mind.

    It would be nice to see a truly objective report about this sort of stuff - but who'd pay for it I guess.
    Personally, I've always been in the J2EE camp, and since I know how exactly how Microsoft present their Sharepoint performance results I'd be loate to trust any of their performance numbers without exact data of how they were obtained...
