Ildana Broadband not working for me

    My ildana broadband wont work for me what shall i do.I have tried to phone them no answer can i fix it myself.

    Service Terms

    IlDána provides immediate telephone response for all customer issues. Customer issues will be routed to our technical assistence department which operates between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Issues will be prioritised and resolved as quickly as possible.

    Our response times are as follows:
    Major Outage
    Immediate telephone assistance. On site service within 2 working days.
    Individual Customer Outage
    Immediate telephone assistance. On site service within 5 working days.
