    Tbh the only way they could make up for the patch fiasco is to give these out for FREE, 3 maps and 4 teams so far.

    11:45 EA and Digital Illusions' sequel Battlefield2 may have only just launched its offensive but there's already talk of an expansion pack doing the rounds.

    According to IGN, an online retail outfit based in South Africa called Take 2 is listing a BF2 add-on incredibly for release this November. That's THIS NOVEMBER!

    Truth? Bollocks? Well, it seems somewhat too soon, and as we all know online retail listings 'announcing' unconfirmed products aren't always to be trusted - but when it's connected with expansion pack king EA, who knows?

    We put the call in to EA for confirmation - or denial - on this one and unsurprisingly a spokesperon issued us with a "no comment". So it's a big fat rumour for now, but should it all turn out to be true somewhere down the line we will of course let you know.
