I've 3 spare 80mm fans and 1 spare 120mm fan, is there anyway i can mount them on my desk and get power to them to keep me cool?

15 quid? Ha! I made my own big desk fan. Well that's a bit of a lie, I repaired one that didn't work (fuse gone in the plug, but I spent aaaaaages trying to figure it out).
And all I had to repair it with was one piece of Nicorette chewing gum (and a 13 amp or whatever they are fuse).
