Easy-peasy web-publishing setup for a 70 year old?

Just wondering what you guys would reccomend for an OAP who wants to publish some webpages. Ideas on page editor and a handy place/way to upload them would be great.

Frontpage is a great page editor for starting out, and it's normally on most PC's, so no need to go out n buy it. AceFTP is a great program for uploading you site to your live server. If your looking for webspace and domain name etc., I recommend GO DADDY.com, I have several sites with them and they are cheap too.
