Does Eircomm Censor Websites

I have noticed that there are several legal websites that I have not been able to access. Does Eircom broadband censor what I am allowed to connect to?

I'm actually having terrible trouble in accessing this server on Eircom Broadband:

83.142.225.78

I have no problem with Esat Dialup just can't get to it on Eircom.

Can someone ping it on Eircom BB and see can they access it?

I can't ping it either. Eircom BB on the Palmerstown exchange.

Is there a website at this address? Do a traceroute to the websites you are trying to access and see if it is eircom or the server the website is hosted on that is blocking your access. It seems that it is RapidSwitch Ltd's host at that IP address that is blocking me contacting it when pinging from my PC through eircom.
