Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Your getting a bit muddled up there.

RAM is random access memory, an internal pc component.

USB is a port on your pc which you can plug devices into. You can get USB memory keys, but their not RAM, they are extra storage devices.

Exactly as Skywalker said.... USB flash memory keys are basically extra storage - think of it as an expansion to your hard drive space in a way. Nothing to do with your computer's memory, which is no way upgradeable via USB. You may still have a spare slot for a memory expansion anyway, if you can find a compatible memory chip - many laptops have a small flap that is easy to access, so that the end-user can upgrade their RAM...

What's the model number? It should be on a label underneath. We'll need that to determine what type of ram you need (ddr SO-DIMM or older SO-DIMM). I have some SO-DIMM DDR here if it takes it.
