    Armed Response Unit is currently recruiting!

    This Irish run CoD4 clan on Ps3 is currently in preparation for Modern Warfare 2.

    The Team Website is currently on youtube but hoping to move to a different location for the main info

    Our Gamebattles Team is currently awaiting around 10 members to begin playing and winning matches.

    A successful doubles team run by me richie1239 and Aaron-McD is currently 124th in the ladder, supposedly the highest any irish team has ever gotten in a gamebattles ladder (hopefully) if im wrong please do correct me, but the team is a bunch of friendly lads from not just ireland but england,america and maybe even a saudi-arabian

    United States of Éire-Now Recruiting

    Clan tag is [USoE]

    This is a new PS3 clan which has been set up by a group of Irish players. Its website can be found here. At the moment it is small but if a we all get together we can expand it and make it a decent clan. There is a forum on the site as well. The clan at the moment is based largely around COD series. There was a thread about this clan here. A GamesBattles team for MW2 is being set up by some of the members so it can be a competitive clan or just a bit of fun, depending on what you're looking for out of it. Everyone join now (if you feel like it of course)

    this is a stupid question,but whats the story with joining a clan,do you have to do a special set up or do you just enter in the clan name into the clan tag section and u become a member of that clan,if u get me?

    It depends on the clan but most clans have a website where you have to sign up. My clan for example (see post right above your post) requires you to sign up on the official clan forum. Then you have to post on the introduction forum on the site where you include your PSN, your name and favorite games, etc. Then add all previous posters in that forum. These are all the other clan members. Finally you have to set your clantag to [USoE] and you're sorted.

    See this post and this post and this thread (especially post #20). These all relate to the United States of Eire ps3 clan, based mainly around the COD series. It is a pretty new clan but is growing quickly.

    Over the years we have bumped into 100's of irish xbox gamers, and they always seem to have clan tags beside their names.. FIC, IRA, EIRE, etc etc etc... but when you ask them about their clan well... they really have one they just add random letters to there clan tags cause every one else has them, well enough is enough...

    So who are we?

We play MW2 when we can, some of us are on every night, some only once, twice a week. You won't be kicked for not being online every day/week, we understand that Coppers hangover can last a few days wink.gif

    Playing on your own going from one random team deathmatch to the next gets boring. We play for the craic... Theres nothing like coming online playing with a bunch of lads you know, and owning a few french c*^$%s as u do it.

    Anyone can join... well almost anyone... one rule no idiots or kids...

    Anyway the clan is only starting... so bare with us as we get the site and forums up and running...
