Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Internet Access Issue

    Right well where to start?!
Its a sbs2000 controlled domain with 10 - 15 client machines ( A mix between xp and 2000 ) Now there is a new user who has been set up identically as all the others and added to all the groups i.e. backoffice internet users.

Now when this user logs onto her machine she can access everything including mapped drives local intranet page etc etc. However when she attempts to connect to the net she is asked for a username and password so she puts in her own and it doesnt work. It just brings back up the user / pass prompt. Now this made me think it was a problem with her profile.

However I logged onto another machine with her login and it works perfectly it connects straight to the net. Now I have checked in isa management and the group has the rights and I have also removed their profile from the machine and recreated it. However the problem is still there. I also removed the machine from the domain, renamed it and re added it just incase.

Now I'm completely out of ideas has anyone ever seen anything like this? let alone a fix for it. Btw its a windows xp sp2 machine.
