    are you still trying ot use the iol pop server.
    change the pop server to the server of your isp
    it should work then

    the pop server works but the mail server doesnt, thats whats strainge about it

    change the mail server
    most isp's don't let you send mail from a different isp

    FYI, it's to stop spammers using their servers to relay junk mail. It's a Good Thing[TM].

    --- and to clarify (?) - if you've got the SMTP server set to that of the ISP you're connected with rather than the one your email account is with, all should be fine...
