Oceanfree dial up problem

    I have been trying to dial up to Ocean free recently and when i listen to it dialing up it goes.. beep beep beep beep and then this long annoying beeeeeeeeep.. and it does not connect any more


    I have dloaded the software straight of and I have done nothing to it .. and i have tried it many times!! but still nothing.

    Dont think it is uer modem if it is hapening to me 2.. and it was working fine 4 me before
