4.00 Curragh - Democratic Deficit: Course and distance winner that should go on the gd-fm ground today, cant see anything beating this one. EVS with billy hills. (5pts win)

4.00 Newbury - Councils Opinion: Stayed on impressively to finish 3rd in a group 3 (albiet at chester) last time out, in with a shout. Only worry is the ground, but has won on fast ground on a number of times previously. 5/1 generally. (1pt each way)

3.45 Market Rasen - Impek: RP Spotlight Struggled unavailingly with the handicapper last season but went close off today´s slightly lower mark at Sandown in April and capable of doing so again, with trip, ground and right-handed track all ideal for him 8/1 with vc (1pt each way)
