Terminal Services Woes....

Well ive installed 2k server, all the terminal service lisencing, It gives me in the Terminal Services Lisencing window my server, the windows 2000 unlimited lisences and my 5 Terminal services CAL's. Now I set up the client disks, ran it on 2000 Pro, connect to my app no problems (cuz it has a built in admin account for 2k Pro). Now when I installed it on a 98 machine (remmber I have 5 CAL's installed for Terminal Services) and try to connect, it just sits their forever trying to connect
.. weirdness... i have everything installed, it tells me there is 5 lisences available but nada.. no luckn nowt! 
Anyone have any experience of this.. or can offer some advice? Thanks a million in advance lads!
