Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Mash up 5

    Friday 19th August

    Temple Bar Music Centre

    Doors 8.30pm

    Tickets €18

    Tiga

    Jacques Lu Cont

    The Urges (live)

    Porn Trauma (live)

    Jon Averill

    Scott Macnaughton

Mash up is tickled pink to announce the fifth in a series of fantastic shows at Dublin's Temple Bar Music Centre.

Tiga is a fascinating enigma in the field of electronic music. With fantastic records such as Sunglasses At Night and Pleasure From The Bass coming to mind quickly when we think of him...

Have a quick glance at his biog and discog at www.tiga.ca

While you are there have a listen to the various snippits of the great enigma's work..

Jacques Lu Cont's appearance is re-scheduled from June's Mash up and fresh from his triumphant appearance at Oxegen. We promised he would be back before the end of August and we delivered.

Porn Trauma are the most exiting Dublin band in years.
With an average age of 20, when you hear them play, you will think they have been together that long.

The Urges new single 'Around' is out now, and was to a full house at the Temple Bar Music Centre in May...

Scott Macnaughton kicks off the event fresh from the BudRising stage.

Backlash Wonderkid Jon Averill completes the line up.......

Tickets €18 in advance are available from Trinity Student Union shop and from The Temple Bar Music Centre box office

    Thats great news.

Ive been a fan of Jacques Lu Cont for a couple of years, but seen him for the first time in Oxegen an his set was great.

I hope he gets more than an hour in the music centre.

Hopefully I'll be at this. Lu Cont has been advertised to play the GPO in Galway for the last three or four months, I don't think it's going to happen though.
