DSL for Stamullen, Co Meath?

    Anyone got any insight into the chances of Stamullen - a fast growing dormitory town - in Co Meath getting DSL? Population has already climbed well above 1,500.

    According to eircom the exchange is not listed for upgrading though. "There will be a new map of planned upgrades in September - check back with us then."

    Needless to say FWA not on offer here either.

    DSL Deployment 2005-2006 (180 confirmed sites) 20 or so TO BE CONFIRMED . Stamullen may be on this supplementary 20 . Most of these will go live in the next 3 months if not live already . The staff on 1800503303 have a list of exchanges in the pipeline as well as live .

    Are you saying all those exchanges in your list will be live in the next three months or so? That's a fairly serious stab at the ol' availability is it not?
