Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone here know how to create post categories in blogger, like those you can use with... most other blogger engines? Would like to break up my posts in to different categories, and hopefully push myself into writing more media related stuff too!!

There are now 3 ways that I'm aware of to use del.icio.us as a substitute for categories in blogger. All of these methods involve tagging your posts, & all make tags that are picked up by technorati too. Each method still requires that you bookmark your post to del.icio.us. See my post at Freshblog for the scoop. Best of luck with it. let me know if I can help further.

hey, actually got around to digesting your post today and after some messing about I think i've gotten the category tags working. I went for the Greasemonkey option because I use firefox and it seemed the most straight forward (once the script was installed etc.)

    Thanks for your help

Actually, going back over it all now, I seem to have gone astray somewhere.

I have the code installed, greasedmonkey too, and a del.icio.us account set up, but when I make tags at the bottom of my posts it just links it to a blank page in del.icio.us, where did I go wrong?
