I'm getting a bit sick of listening to my own MP3 player's rock and metal collection at work and was wondering what you people listen to when you're not buried in your own CD collections.

For the last few weeks I've been listening to the BBC Radio1 rock shot http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio1/alt/rockshow/ as well as the staple Bruce Dickinson Rock Show http://www.bbc.co.uk/6music/shows/bruce_dickinson/ but its still pretty limited and I have another 3 days of listening to cover at work - so speak up and tell us what's good. Whatever it is, it's better than Radio Antenna 5 !

The only radio station I liked listening to was Totalrock. But it disappeared off the waves, then disappeared off digital. I think you can still listen to it online at www.totalrock.com though.

American station, pretty good. The low band stream is free and it's still good quality. Worth a look.

launch.com is pretty good. you can customise your own station once you become a member(which is free). It also has music videos if ya wanna watch any. Never been on it in a while so not sure if it's still good

I'd agree with metalstorm radio, I'm also on the forum and I've listened to the radio station the odd time. It always seems to play a really good selection of good music and I think possibly you can request songs too.
