SMART rollout - update request

    Been out of the loop for the last couple of months (about 6 or so).
    I just want a quick update if someone can give it to me regarding Smart's rollout, eircom's court hearing, and whether smart have the go-ahead to roll out bb to anyone and everyone, where it is and where it should be.



    Would be greatly appreciated. I'm sorry I don't have time to search all through the threads to find out what's the up-to-date jazz.


    So if someone could just put it down in point form, that'd be great.
