    Is it possible to trade in iPods? I was told that I could in the shop where I bought it, yet when I rang back a while ago no one had any idea what I was talking about.

    Does anyone know can you do this (legally!) ?

    No, that was ages afterwards. I dropped it and when I rang about getting it repaired they said it'd be cheaper to trade it in.

    You can send them back to Apple to get them repaired if it's still under warranty
