Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

seen him in Galway last year and it was a real let down, I dont know why he is still goin because his voice is gone, he barely has enough energy to stand but if ya didnt see him in galway then by all means go and see him.

    checkout http://www.expectingrain.com/

to see what he is playing these days. He usually does totally different versions, so it may be only 1/2 way through a song that you recognise it, even if you know the original well

this link will probably be out of date soon so search through the first link

Bob has played over a hundred different songs during his Summer tour of the US so the setlist wont be too predictable. I've heard recordings of recent shows and he is afflicted with what is know as 'upsinging'.

Where have you been my blue eyed SON (goes higher)
Where have you been my darllng young ONE (and again, and again)

The band isn't what it was either since Larrry Campbell left, but it will still be a fun night (what with all the drinking and funny cigarette smoking) and there will be a second night if Saturday sells out.

People who are keen on Bob would rate Galway as a very good show and it certainly was compared to the Amazon Tenth Anniversary webcast last week.
Still - I wouldn't be anywhere else that November night.
