Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

POTB question

I've noticed that sometimes the POTB feed takes a while to update. Sometimes it's only a few minutes behind a post and sometimes it takes hours before a new post is shown on the front page. I would have thought it was something to do with the frequency that POTB checks RSS etc. feeds, so I was wondering how often it does…

I've noticed that sometimes the POTB feed takes a while to update. Sometimes it's only a few minutes behind a post and sometimes it takes hours before a new post is shown on the front page.
I would have thought it was something to do with the frequency that POTB checks RSS etc. feeds, so I was wondering how often it does check them? And does it change depending on the time of day? (so more checks during busy hours, fewer at night)?
I've noticed that many of my late night/early morning posts don't show up until the next day.

Wierd, now POTB doesn't seem to be picking up on my blog at all anymore, I've made 4 posts over the last few days that it hasn't registered.
Would it be anything to do with me changing my template? Should I resubmit my atom details, or will that just mean I get listed twice with the same problem?
