looking for icons

Im doing a sorta blog article site and i want to mark the newest and hottest articles with icons (20*20) Ive been looking around for a fire icon for the hot articles but i can't seem to find one - (i know ive seen them out there somewhere!) Anyone know where one can get a big range of nice little icons free? Tnx

Try searching for kde or gnome art. There's also an open source icon site, but I can't remember the URL
