Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Met him once, while he flew into Dublin with Lazio for a Carlsberg tournament. He got lost all by himself in the airport. Quite a funny experience. Not a lick of English.

Why does the manager saying they're hiring protection for Salas make him a loser or a fallen mighty?

Am a little baffled myself, especially considering why he is returning home:
The Chile international was recently plying his trade with Argentine giants River Plate, but has opted to be nearer his family in Santiago after making the switch.

"I am going to stay in Chile," Salas said. "I want to be near to my daughters and in addition to that, I got tired of being abroad.

"That made me choose to stay in Chile and resign the financial part."

The fact he is returning to his home where he is probably a massive star and will be mobbed in public, is a good enough reason to hire some body guards to allow him to go about his business..
