    Lovely 3 floor flat right in the centre of town. (just off Shop St.)

    The whole top level is available as a double room. 160 p.w.

    Available from the start of August.

    It's a triplex (is that a word?) - it covers three floors and is all the one flat. The whole top floor is one room and is available to rent.
