honey and yoghurt makes nice green curry

Made a green curry by frying coriander leaves, green chillis, onion, garlic and garlic puree until the onion went mushy. I added only a little coconut milk instead of a tin, and used a good dollop of natural yougurt, and I added about a tblspoon of honey. It came out surprisingly nice (and green).
