We're all very good at posting in the moan/bitching/groan thread, so i thought maybe we could try a 'woo hoo!' thread? For the 'i got a job/won the lotto/had a nice day' posts. So, for the first 'woo hoo' post: I got wolf whistled by a large group of guys yesterday, which really cheered me up - and put the 'i got it going…

Just back from watchin V for Vendetta. I was very impressed! Haven't been that impressed by a movie since fight-club. I loved the way there was lots of little things in it that you could so easily miss because attention isn't drawn to them. For instance (and don't worry it's not a spoiler), there's a meeting beside a memorial statue. The small statue is to commemorate people who died from some terrible virus. It's of all these kids holding hands in a circle. They're playing ring-a-ring a rosey (I'm sure the reference is obvious at this stage). Very cool that they didn't point this out I think. Or maybe the reference was cut, I chose to believe it wasnt! Love to watch it again cos I'd say I missed so much. Definitely had a small flavour of The Matrix about it, the whole air of mystery. If they make a sequel (I cant see how they would) I'll murder them!

Plus sexy bald natalie portman obviously!

Ahh, it's lovely and sunny outside. Everyone's so much happier when the sun shines. I'm stuck doing the essay, (Starting at 11am. Due at 16:30 sharp.) but it should be a nice evening.

Notting Hill is on RTE1 at the moment.

Don't mock, i am having A Bad Day (slightly eased by the sun shine), and sitting on my couch watching a Hugh Grant film is going to make me feel partially better.

Arsenal through to the Semi-Finals of the Champions League... Still makes me giddy just thinking about it!

Watched it in the home of the Dublin Arsenal Supporters' Club, the Westmoreland. Fantastic stuff, never seen so many Gooners congregated in one small space in Dublin. Electric atmosphere, can't wait for the Manc game on Sunday now!
