New informational website for self builders

    We are just publishing this new website aimed at providing information for people doing self builds, renovations or extensions. This project came about as a result of the hassles I've found trying to get information together from many different sources. In the UK and Europe, there seems to be plenty of info about to help people starting out in the self build world, but back in Ireland I found it harder to get what I needed.
    Hopefully this will bring a lot of much needed detail together in one place.

    There will be more articles published hopefully on a weekly/monthly basis depending on submissions and hopefully the forum will get going too, with a little help from the members here.

    My own build is not started yet. Detailed drawings are set to be started soon and then hopefully get to kick it off in Sep/Oct.

    Great idea and a very nice looking website! Looking forward to seeing it grow and develop, as there are tonnes of us out there trying to self build.
