Linux does support AGP - Linux at the moment
see's an agp slot as just a very fast PCI
slot so no trouble there. All vga comptable cards (ie all cards basically) will work in the console for text mode. X is a different story.... To find out if your card is supported head over to www.xfree86.org . X3.3.3.1 is the latest version. Redhat 5.2 comes with X3.3.2 - The New X rpm's are in the Updates directory on any Redhat ftp server mirror ( try ftp.heanet.ie). If your card isnt supported you CAN get it working as
if its VESA 2.0 compiliant .. thats another story.. Good Luck. smile.gif
