A problem with GTA-SA

Ok , it loads perfect but everything in the game is in slow motion, any help????

you used a cheat most likely. There is a slow motion cheat in the game.
on xbox it is y up right down x black button back R button.

no , i have not used a cheat , i have only installed it on my pc today and as i said everything is slow-motion, i updated the drivers, and my system is more that capable of running it

Is the frame limiter turned on? Check video settings in the game....

Also try changing detail settings on video, terrain (etc.) to Low
