Seems like one of Ireland's mega-rich has fallen on hard times; this guy's selling his Gallardo on carzone:

    Gallardo

Same guy's also offloading his 620bhp SL:

    Brabus K8

If I had the money I'd be interested, they seem like decent value for what they are....

The Brabus is an awesome machine and does seem somewhat reasonable.

    /me checks balance via 365online.

    Nope.

620bhp wouldn't even become usable until over 100mph, same('ish bhp) engine in the S65AMG and its apparently totally undriveable in the wet.

Wouldn't mind brining it to martin tracys in enfield to break his rolling road machine all the same :)

That car has a decent 1000NM torque. On me shortlist for 2012 so :D

Bogus ad, I reckon. I was going to buy the Gallardo, but the mobile number given is not in service.

g Wheel, Heated Seats, Rear Head Rests, Sports Suspension
Didn't know the Gallardo had rear seats?:confused:

The K8 ad is genuine I would say, I've seen it around Castleknock before and the registration plate is blanked out

I think the lambo is in Ryans in Blanch - pop in for a test drive!

edit: the nice rust coloured Matiz is more in my price league! :(

Saw an SL Brabus in town a while ago, not sure if it is this one but it sounded amazing and looked pretty sweet too.

judging by the pic. it does kind of resemble the road were Ryans is, but i dont think so. i dont recall a quik fit next door and a brick wall directly adjacent the premises

no that road isn't blanch village

With regard to the photo, I'd say it was taken at a garage in Donnybrook, I think it used to be called Ever Ready cars, not sure if it's still trading under that name, It's on the right before the Dual carriage way starts, across the road from the rugby grounds. I'm 99% certain...

I saw that very same Lambo being towed away on Fitzwilliam Square. Don't ask me why cause I don't know.

Agreed, that road and garage is not Ryan's... They got a revamp recently and that is not them.

Yeah I saw one too.. and it wasnt that one.. so the claims of being the only
one in ireland are straight out the window.. (False advertising there
    methinks!!)

The one I saw as a gunmetal grey and was a 04 D reg.. Sounded like heaven
when the guy pulled off in it.. and man did he floor it.. :)

Sounds to me like this guy is either a car sales man posing as a private seller
or else he is buying them off the garage himself at trade prices and selling
them on and this way it saves the dealership having to give a warranty and
guarantee.. can you imagine what it would cost to replace parts on either
    of those babies!!!!

    Tox
