web....and finds programs OTHER people write.

FOr decent commands for NT ( ie console ones like Bash.. ) check out www.cygnus.com and the cygwin tools - use a Unix like CLI in NT - course you could just junk NT and use linux.... rm -rf /mnt/C/winnt
